Is there some reason to not use:

Name of Standard: Secure Hash Standard (SHS) (FIPS PUB 180-4)

?

Which is reported on page iv of the standard.

Consider inserting, 6.2, SHA-256.

Which would direct a reader to a particular part of the standard in
question.
