There are two attributes called 'basedOn' in AssemblyTemplate and AssemblyComponentTemplate that are of this type. In the examples, they seem to be of type Link. The description of this attribute is 'The attribute contains the snapshot of the Assembly[Component] on which this Assembly[Component]Template is based.' It seems like at the very least they don't 'contain' but 'point' (since all it contains is an href). Furthermore if this attribute is going to point to a AssemblyComponent or Assembly, it does make much sense. Templates live longer than their 'instances'.

My inclination is to say delete these attributes.
