1.) Dropped the proposed 'assemblies' attribute from AssemblyTemplate.

2.) Added text to the description of the applicationComponentTemplates array in AssemblyTemplate to make it clear that, while an AssemblyTemplate may have 0 references to ApplicationComponentTemplates, a CAMP server cannot instantiate an Assembly from such an AssemblyTemplate.

3.) Added text to the description of the applicationComponents array in Assembly indicating that an Assembly MUST reference at least on ApplicationComponent.
