CAMP proof of concept impl available

I've deployed my CAMP proof of concept implementation onto a publicly 
visible box. The URL of the base Platform resource is: 
http://ec2-107-20-16-71.compute-1.amazonaws.com/campSrv/Platform

I make no promises about the availability of this service; there is *no* 
SLA. I'll be periodically redeploying it as I add support for various 
features and fix bugs. However, you more than welcome to play around 
with it. If you have questions about its current status, etc. you can IM
