Gil: "attributeValueParam" : "true" ?
Alex Heneveld (Cloudsoft): Re "temporary": seems the purpose of this is to give the user a guarantee that a parameter he supplies as config is reflected as an attribute with its value unchanged. that behaviour will likely happen (e.g. name) but the guarantee isn't much value, it introduces complexity, and the spec would work fine without exposing this. can we get rid of it altogether?
