ApplicationComponentCapability  seems to not belong to an Application as the latter should not care advertizing what its own Components can/not do. It does not belong to a Platform either.
So it sit somewhere between a Platform and  an Application... 

Should we assume that:

(1) a PDP may contain reusable libraries - and possibly just that: libraries - meaning that PDP deployment will not automatically translate into creation of an application template (assemblyTemplate). It could as well result in a bunch of ApplicationComponentTemplates, and related ApplicationComponentCapabilities  ?

(2) if a PDP may contain just libraries, then these should appear (as ApplicationComponentTemplates / Capabilities) as assets deployed on the Platform for future applications, i.e. as part of the Platform and referenced by it ?

This issue may be related to #29.
