Subject: [OASIS Issue Tracker] Commented: (CAMP-64) Are Requirements global resources, or specific to application Compontent templates

    [ http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/CAMP-64?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=33121#action_33121 ]

Alex Heneveld commented on CAMP-64:
-----------------------------------

There are use cases where AC/PC/ACT/PCT share PCR/ACR's, e.g. when they share a dependency -- like 2 different webapps using the same database.

Gil makes the point on the call that the implication of this must be clear, that it should be the same database.

> PlatformComponentRequirements and ApplicationComponentRequirements are used by ApplicationComponentTemplate resources.
> Should these xxxComponentRequirement resources be specific to the ApplicationCompnentTemplate resource which uses that requirement?
> Is there a use case for having requirement resources at a global level, to be shared amongst applicationcompnentTemplate resources in multiple platforms?
