The "Implementation Considerations" appendix is out of date and unnecessary. For example, the section on scaling says nothing about the use of Sensors and Operations. Furthermore, this appendix is unnecessary in that it doesn't tell our readers anything they don't already know and doesn't say anything about how to use or understand the CAMP spec.
