Section 5.10.1, "assemblyTemplate", describes this attribute with Consumer-mutable: true. This seems wrong.

My understanding of the purpose of this Link is to allow someone who is looking at an ACT to browse "back up the tree" and figure out which AssemblyTemplate this ACT belongs to. The only possible semantic meaning I can imagine behind changing this Link would be to move the ACT from one AssemblyTemplate to another - but that would be possibly the most bizarre way to implement such a feature.
