Triage Issue 125

Depending on resolution to Issue 117-1), TC could possibly clarify the wording in 4.3.5 first sentence, "This type defines the content of a component." as part of resolving Issue 117 1) on consistent use of terms" type" and "node" across the DP descriptions.  Is it the node or the type that defines the content?
