Triage Issue 127:

TC should discuss changing the wording "related to xxx" at the end of each subclause to use the OASIS concept of "conformance target".

For example some of the requirements with conformance target of Camp Provider refer to the PDP,  

Also why use the wording "Camp xxx or xxx" for Consumer and Provider, when the requirments in Annex C do not use "CAMP Provider" or "CAMP Consumer"

perhaps change "related to xxx" to "with a conformance target of xxx" in the three subclauses.
