Description:
There is some keyword language in 6.11 Registering an Application but for the most part, 6.11.1, 6.11.2 and 6.12/6.13 all read like extended examples.
The inclusion of keyword language will make later modification of the specification more difficult because the rules for any one activity are spread across the specification.
