Normative Tags Challenges, and other issues arising from aligning TAs to WD33+
------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: CAMP-157
                 URL: http://tools.oasis-open.org/issues/browse/CAMP-157
Project: OASIS Cloud Application Management for Platforms (CAMP) TC
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Jacques Durand

Subissue #1: 2.6: still some obsolete mentions of "template" resources and attributes.
"Multi-valued member attributes are used to model the elements of the LinkArray, StringArray, and RequirementTemplateLinksArray types." (also not snake_case converted yet).

Subissue #2: Need clean-up the nornative tag table in Appendix C:
-	PR-65 in appendix table but not in spec body.
-	RE-72 same.

Subissue #3: Shouldn't the "type" values be aligned in:
(a) 4.2.3 , "type": "plan", ( "type" attribute of a Plan resource)
(b) 5.14.1 indicate support for Plan/Plans as extensions,("type": "extension")

Subissue #4: Bad cross-ref: In 5.13 (RMR-05) Plans Resource, the ref to HTTP Methods has become 5.4, not 5.5.

Subissue #5: In 5.9 (RE-61) Bad cross-ref: There is no section Section 6.14, "Deleting an Application Instance and a Deployed Application"
