Here are some steps for getting to PR. Note  5) can and should be done prior to the meeting on the assumption that WD38 is acceptable.
Note also that non-material changes can be held off until after the PR, as these will not trigger another review.

CAMP-SPEC PR2 planning

        (assuming WD38 is the latest WD; update if appropriate.)

  1) apply all resolved issues 63, make sure 162 is done, resolve/close 146

  2) updated clean version of spec (pdf, word, html) - WD38, and publish to kavi

  3) diff with last PR:
           produce a redline pdf version comparing  http://docs.oasis-open.org/camp/camp-spec/v1.1/csprd01/camp-spec-v1.1-csprd01.doc   with WD38

  4) Approve the disposition of pr01 comments: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/camp/document.php?document_id=52100  
    
    5) make a zip for candidate CD04 - e.g cd04-candidate.zip and upload to kavi. Include:
           a) pdf, html, and word versions of WD38 
           b) redline diff with PR01 
           c) disposition of comments (link above assuming approved) 
           d)  json file for 63: https://www.oasis-open.org/apps/org/workgroup/camp/download.php/52096/camp-type-definitions.zip 

      6) motion text for CSD 

      "I move that the TC approve Cloud Application Management for Platforms Version 1.1 WD38 and all associated artifacts packaged together in <URL to ZIP file in TC's Kavi document repository> as Committee Specification Draft 04 and designate  the pdf version of the specification as authoritative."

 
     7) assuming 6 passes, motion text for PR02

     " I move that the TC approve submitting   Cloud Application Management for Platforms Version 1.1 CSD04 contained in < ZIP file in TC's Kavi document repository> as PR02 for <number of days -min  15> days public review.
      TC Admin's attention is directed to ensure that the "Additional artifacts" link on the cover page contains the link to the CSD04/PR02 version of the camp-type-definitions.zip.
      TC admin is also requested that a latest link to the CAMP-TA document be added to the "Related works" section on the cover page, should the camp-ta work product be motioned to be published as a csd/pr"

     8) assuming 6 passes, request TC Admin to upload to docs using this form: https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/committee-specification-draft-creation-upload-request   

     9) assuming 7 passes, request TC admin for a subsequent Public review using this form https://www.oasis-open.org/resources/tc-admin-requests/15-day-committee-specification-draft-public-review-request 
     (note TC Admin prefers two tickets to be logged. One for the CSD and one for the PR)

CAMP-TA CD01/PR1 planning

       adapt 4, 5, and 6 above accordingly though the minimum PR time for this will be 30 days.
