Added v1 of a concrete proposal that adds requirement 2 from the list in the comments above. Requirement 1 is already addressed by the fact that the 'uri' attribute of the 'camp_resource resource' is required. Requirement 3 is addressed by the fact that, by default, all CAMP resources are updatable (subject to the constraints defined on the individual attributes). Requirement 4 needs further discussion - it might be a separate issue.
