        V1 of proposal for CAMP-193. Make the "sensor_type" attribute either a "String" or "URI". If the value of the "value" attribute is a CAMP-defined scalar, then "sensor_type" is a String with the name of that scalar (e.g. "String" or "Number"). If the value of the "value" attribute is an object, then "sensor_type" is a URI that references a type_definition resource that defines that object.
