CAMP 1.2 type definition auxiliary file

Gil,

We need to update the non-normative auxiliary document for CAMP type 
definitions (see 
http://docs.oasis-open.org/camp/camp-spec/v1.1/camp-type-definitions.zip) 
for v1.2.

Do you think you could do that during PR?

Once the PR is started, I'll file an issue for this.
