TC agreed that this was a bug. Gil to update Ed' draft with the fix.

> Broken Normative Reference [TAR]
> --------------------------------
>
> Key: CAMP-229
> URL: https://issues.oasis-open.org/browse/CAMP-229
> Project: OASIS Cloud Application Management for Platforms (CAMP) TC
> Issue Type: Bug
> Environment: References
> Reporter: Chet Ensign
>
> 1.9 Normative References reads in part:
> [TAR] IEEE Std 1003.1, 2004 Edition, Standard for Information Technology - Portable Operating System Interface (POSIX) http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/servlet/opac?punumber=9158
> Except that the link is broken. IEEE returns a 404. On further exploration, http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/1309815/, says that this specification has been superseded by IEEE Std 1003.1-2008 (Revision of IEEE Std 1003.1-2004), which was replaced by: ISO/IEC/IEEE 9945:2009(E), which can be found at: http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/5393893/
> OK, first question: Do you need the 2004 version for compatibility reasons?
> I ask because the IEEE declare both the 2004 and 2008 versions as *inactive.* Do you really want inactive versions for your specification?
> It's certainly possible for older or legacy work, but is that what you intend here?
> If you resolve that question, the version you need, then supply the correct URL.
> BTW, is it an access question? Membership, paid for a copy issue?
