First off, apologies and thanks for catching that. You mean that tags such [PDP-08] correct? 

I don't recall us spotting that but I suspect that it does have something to do with the version of Word. Please make sure to note that in the next production request so that we can ensure it comes out right next time. If we can't get it to work then sure, the CAMP editor can generate the PDF and HTML.

In resolving one of our issues [1] that was raised in the last CAMP 1.2 public review [2] we noticed that the links in Appendix C.1 and C.2 work fine in the .doc file (example, link to PDP-02), but the generated PDF and HTML files do not have the back links from the appendix to the main text. We use Word as our editable source.

Our editor, using his version of Word, did not have the same problem when generating the PDF. Note that these are Word cross-references to Word bookmarks.

Is this an issue with the Word version that you are using? Is there an easy fix? If not, for the next PR, would it be acceptable to have the CAMP editor generate the official PDF/HTML version?
