This page allows user viewing, managing and following their bugs and their changes<
To retrieve your bugs please provide the same e-mail as the one that has been used for bug creation and then click on "Show my bugs" button.
When consulting bugs, the displayed table provides the following information (organized in colum).:
ID: it is the bug identifier; it is a link to the detailed bug description.
#: Number of bug notes.
Category: attributed by administrator.
Severity: it is the same as in the bug reporting form.
Status: a bug has a life cycle with several statuses (new, feedback, ...), see below for a further description.
Updated: date of the last bug update.
Expected date for a correction.
Summary.
A bug has several statuses:
New: This bug just has been created,
Feedback: It means that the bug requires more information, the original reporters should pay attention,
Acknowledged: It means that the bug report is complete and the bug has been assigned (investigation launched),
Confirmed: It means that the bug is identified (typically set by an Updater or other Developer),
Assigned: It means a developer has in charge this bug correction,
Resolved: It means the bug has been resolved (bug should be fixed, waiting on confirmation of fix),
Close: It means the work on this bug is finished.
You can click on a bug (ID) for seeing
the detail and then managing its content:
There are fields without text or with "@null@": this is explained by the fact that the underlying system (Matnis) is handling much more data than the ones used in the framework of the CGMOpen; please do not consider this "@null" statement..
It is possible to print the bug report (link at top right corner). Please click on the "Print" link, a new page will be displayed with the bug report, as it will be printed. Then use your browser native printing function (e.g. File/Print/Ok).
