This is the first version of WebCGM 2.0 that is completely integrated (2.0 
additions and changes folded into 1.0) -- a standalone document.  Except as 
noted, this should be complete and correct in content, and is a candidate 
for 1st CD.  It need a lot of work on formatting, internal hyperlinking, etc.

By the end of Munich, we should have a list of changes, corrections, fixes, 
etc.  When they are applied, and formatting improvements made, then we 
should be able to publish 1st CD (soon after Munich, where I expect we will 
have a vote).
