Hi CGMO,

  I noticed that the WebCGMAppStructure interface has an 'apsId'
  attribute instead of 'apsid'. Would people object to the change? All
  XML companion file attributes are without Cap letters, might as well
  make this one like the others.

  Ok to change 'apsId' to 'apsid'?
