2.0 Requirements document

The WebCGM 2.0 Requirements document is now linked from our References page:

The document itself,

is a pretty-format version of what we agreed at Munich to publish.

The purpose of posting it, as you will recall, is so that we can reference 
it from WebCGM 2.0.  If you have any comments, corrections, or suggestions, 
please reply to this list.
