Hi Dieter,

The way I look at it is this:

If I move the link
http://www.cgmopen.org/mycgm.cgm#xcf(myxcf.xml)
to
http://www.example.org/mytest.html
instead of
http://www.itedo.com/mytest.html

Am I expecting to have to move the xml file also? I would say no, and
therefore agree with your suggestion, it should be relative to the cgm
file, not the html.
