Keeping up with spec changes

All,

With publication of an Editor's Draft every two weeks or so, it could be 
tough to do a thorough review of each draft.  Fortunately, that should be 
unnecessary.

I want to call your attention again to the Changes Log in the 
Appendixes.  I have tried to be thorough in listing all significant changes 
from draft to draft.  So you should only have to review those bits.

Further ... we will not review every change in telecon.  Therefore you 
SHOULD review the changed bits, to be sure you're happy ... or to complain 
before it's too late.

I expect to post the next Editor's Draft around Friday, just before the 
editors meeting.
