As usual, I want to call your attention to the Change Log in Appendix 
E.  This is the quick way to check on the changes that have been made since 
last draft.

This will be the last draft before next week's (7/27) telecon.  Be aware 
that all major issues are closed now, and most (but not all) of the 
substantive changes have been implemented.  E.g., ECMAScript binding is in 
Appendix F now!

There are still some improvements in the queue -- more examples, completion 
of the Glossary, completion of the Conformance Clause (the extensibility 
stuff needs writing, and that might re-open some discussions), improvement 
of formatting in many places, etc.
