Benoit to focus on other tasks

Hi cgmo-webcgm,

  One bit of information that was shared at the editors meeting is
  that my services are required on other Itedo projects. I will still
  attend conference calls and send feedback on the spec... but I will
  no longer be taking any more action items (unless I'm the only one
  with the knowledge to complete a certain task).

  I have for more than 15 months dedicated a very high percentage of
  my time to this project, I've done enough. It is up to you to bring
  this project to an OASIS and/or W3C standard. Our implementation is
  inline with the latest working draft and we will continue doing so.
  I hope to see one or two more WebCGM 2.0 implementations very
  soon...
