New test

Hi,

  My colleague Ralf wrote a test for the new WebCGM 2.0 object
  behaviors. The test is named object_behaviors.htm and was just
  uploaded to the ftp site. I don't know if anyone had an action item
  to write such a test; but if yes, it is now Done :)

  Lofton, would you mind adding the test to the matrix (if it's not
  already in it)?
  
  Feedback on the test is welcome.
