QUESTION: Tolerance to ProfileED

All (vendors),

I'm just formallizing this question that we discussed at a telecon so I
can respond to the S1000D community.

The question came up in Munich.

If an integrator wants to implement an application using the WebCGM 2.0
XCF capabiltiy, does he have to update all the CGM files just to change
the ProfileED from 1.0 to 2.0, or will the vendor products be tolerant
of having an incorrect ProfileED, even though the intent is to use
WebCGM 2.0?

If you repond to the thread, I can forward the pointer to the EPWG to
answer the question.
