About test suite, I'd like to add one specific item:  inclusion of another 
Japanese unicode test, where apsid's and related stuff are Japanese UTF-16.

Dieter offered a draft a while ago, but I put it aside while getting more 
basic graphical text (Unicode) tests finished.  Now that we have basic 
graphical text under control (at least two implementations), should we add 
a test of the bits and pieces of "internationalized links"?

I'd like to know:  who could pass such a test in the near future?
