FTP / ZIP comparison

I have made the first preliminary pass on comparing the FTP site to the 
"distribution" ZIP (on OASIS site).

Here are preliminary adjustments.  There are "working" files on FTP that 
should be (now have been) deleted -- CTX, etc.  There are some of those in 
the ZIP as well.  Finally, in both the FTP and the ZIP there is an early, 
now-obsolete incarnation of a test (StyleAttributes-picture) which was 
renamed (StyleProperties-picture) and further developed -- now deleted.
