(finally) COLLVL03.png on FTP -- Distribution pending

I have put another corrected PNG on FTP.

Please download and update you test suite.

With that FTP update, I have incorporated updates for all reported errors
so far, including the handful of errors that Forrest pointed out, except
for this one:

This will take a while to analyze.  It might not happen before I
update the TS distribution, mid-week before I travel.

It is my intention to update the TS distribution on the OASIS site by
mid-week.  It will contain a releaseNotes.html something like the
attached.  Does that look okay to everyone?

Finally, see next mail from me about other problems Rob has identified,
in the js/html harness.

Changes in this release include:

• POLYBZ05.png: higher-resolution PNG image, to show detail of big spiral polybezier.
• FIGURE03.png, COLLVL05.png: corrected PNG images.
• DGNTST05.png: PNG image was missing, added one.
• MITRLM01.cgm, .png: explicitly set Line Join to 'mitre'; corrected the PNG image.
• COLRMD01.png, COLRMD02.png LINCAP02.png: corrected PNG images.
• SPECMD04.cgm, .png: the middle marker is increased to a visible size in the CGM, and incorrect PNG file is replaced.
• Picture-highlight.cgm, .png, .htm: new test for the highlight method of the Picture interface.

This release (webcgm20-ts-200607017.zip) incorporates the synchronization between the FTP development site and the public release versions of the WebCGM 2.0 Test Suite. Seventeen cases of non-synchronized file versions were corrected.
