Subject: For the Wednesday WebCGM TC vote

WebCGM TC --

As you saw from my earlier message, WebCGM has completed the transition to
PR (Proposed Recommendation) in W3C. According to the MoU, that is the
trigger for processing to resume in OASIS.

There has to be a review of the changes that happened in W3C, and then
another (later) vote to approve Committee Specification status, and request
OS ballot.

So first, the TC will vote (Wednesday) to submit the OASIS version of the
W3C PR text for 15-day public review.

What I just uploaded (below) is the OASIS-formatted version of the W3C PR
text. It is complete and ready to go, except for the cover page. We are
awaiting final edits / directives from Mary McRae. The content of the spec
body is complete and correct, so we can go ahead and vote that we want the
public review.

See the Change Log (Appendix D), for a complete hyperlinked inventory of
all changes since (Nov'05) CS and the (Dec'05) submission to W3C.

Questions?
