WebCGM 2.0 test suite status

WebCGM TC --

Earlier this week, the test suite was updated:

The changes are relatively minor -- 4 corrections and 1 addition that have 
accumulated and been distributed on the FTP site since August.  See the 
Release Notes.  It is also being called "Release 1.0" instead of 
pre-release 0.9x.

There is still some editorial work to be done, as documented in the 
"Caveats" of the Overview.html file.  But to my knowledge it is all 
cosmetic -- it does not affect the correctness of the tests.
