Ulrich temporarily disconnected

Hi all,

Ulrich is temporarily disconnected from the TC list (and MS 
membership).  It is an unintended glitch -- he intended his membership to 
continue.  While he is straightening it out, he will not receive mail sent 
to the TC list, so please copy him directly.
