Day 2 of f2f

The major decision made during dinner last night was that we would start
and 8:30 AM PT on the second day.

Ben has requested we start the animation discussion at 10:30 AM.  We can
do that, although the major source of requirements (Larry Baum) won't be
available until about 2:30.  Maybe we can refine the options in the
morning and then try to deterime which best matches the requirements
after Larry joins.
