Right now I'm interested in the schedule for the decision process -- as 
soon as possible I need to know WHEN we plan to finish this phase.

I don't necessarily need to know the exact results immediately (but sooner 
is better, of course, if we want any potential 2.1 to become W3C Rec also.)
