Subject: scenarios/use cases for Default stuff

As I remember, during the 10/10 telecon we said that we would document what
it is that we're trying to accomplish with the Default / Override
mechanism. I.e., usage scenarios, use cases, etc. (My own impression of
the purpose(s) seemed to have been more limited than others'.)

That (AI) seems to have gotten lost. IMO, that is the critical piece for a
"2.1 Requirements" document -- the rest is details that can be sorted out
accordingly.
