Hi Benoit,

Attached is an update of the transform draft including the transform
matrices for the translate, scale and rotate actions.  There is a
concern though that the rotate matrix would not allow to perform your
example, i.e. to rotate around a remote origin.  Do you know how SVG
would do it?
