Maybe I'm misunderstanding.  Does "attribute name" mean the ApsAttr 'name'?

If so, I was under the impression that it would be generalized to search 
for all APS that contain an ApsAtr of a specified type, whose value is a 
specified value.  (Plus search on apsid as a special case.)
