ACTION ITEM: interface clarification

This message is to clarify the meaning of the action items for
preliminary design of interfaces:

New style properties - Dave/Stuart
Get style properties - Stuart
get ebject extents - Stuart
Redraw control - Forrest
Substring hotspots - Lofton (volunteered at 0206 telecon)

This action item is to basically create the editing directives against
WebCGM 2.0 to bring it up to WebCGM 2.1.  You should also describe, in a
general sense, what potential tests are needed for the test suite.
These action items are due by 13 Feb 2008.

As we are at risk on our schedule to get a 1st CD published on Mar 3, it
is important to get working on editing directives for the wording to go
into WebCGM 2.1.

We still need a volunteer to work the following requirement:
Geometric transform
