setViewPort agenda item

In the agenda it says,

setViewPort parameter type
Proposals:
Rob to propose name other than setViewPort
]]]

Correct me if this is wrong, but I recall an email thread endorsing a 
proposal for "setViewBox", and the drafter of this functionality (Stuart) 
endorsed that change from "setViewPort".

So if Rob proposes an alternative, it would seem that the starting point is 
to change "setViewBox" to something else.

I don't have time to look up the thread right now -- let me know if I'm 
remembering wrong.
