Sorry I didn't notice this missing from the agenda.

I sent this several days ago, my Ch.9 partial review:

This review and issue are *not* the same as the bigger issue of the basic 
requirements, ACI file issues, etc.  Everything here starts with the 
assumption that there will be some defaulting, and what does the XML 
language look like that implements it.

In other words, everything in those two messages is ready to discuss and 
resolve.
