Subject: our 2.1 Requirements document

Information and proposal...

When looking at our 2.1 requirements document, I noticed something
odd. Clicking an entry in the TOC took me to the section of the previous,
months-old version of the document. All URLs were absolute. Which in Kavi
means ...blah...blah...

(Kavi is such a piece of junk!)

So it is fixed, and the document (below) is correct in Kavi, as rev.4. But
no Kavi document has a safe "latest version" type of name. We need that
now for our approved requirements document.

Proposal: this should have a permanent URL of its own, like its 2.0
predecessor:
http://www.cgmopen.org/technical/WebCGM_20_Requirements.html

So I am going to ask the Web master to put the 2.1 Requirements at:

http://www.cgmopen.org/technical/WebCGM_21_Requirements.html
