I was just going back to look at that.  We did talk about a special meeting on the morning of the 30th to do the final approval ballot.  The text was to be ready for the 25th.

What I thought we agreed is this:  
vote on CD02 text (candidate to be posted this afternoon) on 6/25, and ask Mary 
to start the 15-day review on Monday 6/30.  This was for two reasons:  
give a couple days for application of pre-approved, last-minute editing 
directives; and accommodate that the review period is 15 days, which doesn't 
align well with our meeting schedule.

We can always try a special telecon 
date, but I think that is riskier for attendance than our normal Wednesday 
slot.
