Hi All --

I talked to Jamie late yesterday -- the MoU is signed by OASIS now, as well 
as W3C.

So the next step is:  W3C should soon announce the re-charter of the WG and 
issue a Call for Participation.  At that point, the WG lives and can start 
its work.
