Lofton,

I think that it could be reviewed with the the caveat of that the
png for the transformed test is not post transformation.  For me to be
able 
to create the PNG I need to create a new CGM of what I think the post
transofrm
CGM will look like.  If someone wanted to donate a PNG it would save me
some
time, but if not I will try to create one when I get a chance.
