Glitch in Delimited String EBNF

HI all,

In 5.5.2.3,
http://docs.oasis-open.org/webcgm/v2.1/cs01/WebCGM21-DOM.html#webcgmstring-s
ubtype, we have this EBNF production for Delimited String.

DelimitedString ::= ListOfX | ListOfXX

"ListOfX" and "ListOfXX" should be "ListX" and "ListXX" respectively, since
that is what the next two rules define.

ListX           ::= '"'Name'"' | '"'Name'"' Wsp ListX
ListXX          ::= "'"Name"'" | "'"Name"'" Wsp ListXX

I don't see where we state that an APOSTROPHE character surrounds a literal
(it is not mentioned in 3.1.1.2 for example), but this is clear enough I
suppose.
