I also noticed that it was labeled "Last Call" on the W3C News RSS feed.  It
still is labeled that way.

Maybe it will sort itself out eventually.  I'm not sure how often the RSS
gets updated.

As you probably realize, it was not a *Last Call* Working Draft.  Just an 
updated Working Draft publication.  The error has been corrected now on the
