Stuart,

Please add this to the agenda of the next TC telecon, 18-feb-09.  Unless 
there are objections before or at that telecon, this test will become 
"approved" then.

(I have added a new status, TAP -- TC Approval Pending.  Feel free to 
suggest a better name.)
